Installing PowerShell Gallery Module

Overview 

The PowerShell Gallery (PowerShellGet) module contains cmdlets for discovering, installing, updating, and publishing PowerShell packages from the PowerShell Gallery version 2.2.5.

 

Installing PowerShellGet module

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Cayo Software\AdminAssistant
  2. Run Cayo.CheckPreRequisites:

    PSGet1.png
  3. Click the link to install the PowerShellGet module.

  4. If the Cayosoft Administrator service is running you will see this information message - click Ok:
    SvcStop.png

  5. PowerShellGet module will be installed.

  6. Run the Cayosoft Administrator service if it was stopped.
