New Room Mailbox
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Unit.
- Click Mailbox-Resource.
- Specify Azure AD Admin Unit if needed.
- Click New Room Mailbox.
- Specify Room name, Display Name, User name, and Alias.
- Click Next.
- Click Create.
New Equipment Mailbox
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Unit.
- Click Mailbox-Resource.
- Specify Azure AD Admin Unit if needed.
- Click New Equipment Mailbox.
- Specify Room name, Display Name, User name, and Alias.
- Click Next.
- Click Create.
Mailbox
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Unit.
- Click Mailbox.
- Change mailbox settings:
- Email address
- Usage
- Features
- Delivery options
- Restrictions
- Booking
- Delegation
- Calendar
- MailTip
Calendar Properties
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Unit.
- Click Mailbox-Resource.

Enter the name of the mailbox in the search field and click Search Objects

Click the checkmark to the left of the selected object

On the Actions menu, click Calendar Properties
- For the resource mailbox it is possible to update settings on these four tabs:
- Calendar permissions
- Resource delegates
- Booking requests
- Booking options
Note: The user mailbox and shared linked mailbox have only the Calendar permissions tab.
Change History
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Unit.
- Click Change History.
- Review the Change History for the selected object.
