Workday extension settings
Workday extension provides automated provision and update of user accounts from Workday data source to Active Directory and update from Active Directory to Workday HR.
NOTE: The Workday HR extension requires the Cayosoft Administrator Workday Integration license.
Settings

| Workday endpoint URL | Specify Workday endpoint URL. |
| Workday credentials | Specify Workday credentials. This account must have proper API permissions in the Workday tenant. User format: user@tenant. |
| Timeout for Workday operations (seconds) | Specify timeout in seconds. |

| Worker attribute XPath mapping |
Map object attributes using XPATHs. Specify the field name, desired alias, and XPATH value for the attribute. TIP: Use the Workday Data | XPath Discovery rule to discover required values for the feature. |

Expand the list of supported attributes by mapping additional Human Resources operations. If required, define a custom name for newly added attributes to clearly distinguish them from existing ones. Refer to the following Workday article for additional information on Human Resources operations: Human_Resources Service Details | Workday. For additional information on limitations, refer to the Notes section. NOTE: Use the Workday Data | XPath Discovery rule to get a list of supported operations. |

Notes
In
Change_Home_Contact_InformationandChange_Work_Contact_Informationoperations, only primary contact information can be updated. This approach ensures predictable behavior regardless of the number of contact records an employee has, simplifies rule configuration, and eliminates ambiguity when selecting the object to update. If the primary record does not exist, it will be created automatically.
