Overview
Microsoft's update, requiring mandatory multifactor authentication (MFA) for Azure and Microsoft 365 services by October 15, 2024, does not affect Cayosoft Administrator’s functionality related to its service connection with Microsoft 365 services. All Cayosoft Administrator operations will remain unaffected by this update.
Details
Cayosoft Administrator’s core functionality, including workflows that connect to Microsoft 365 or Azure AD, will continue to function without any required changes. MFA enforcement will not interfere with the service connection or any tasks performed through the Cayosoft Administrator.

How to configure MFA to access Microsoft services
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center using the Microsoft 365 connection account.
- In the Microsoft Entra admin center, in the Protection section, click Conditional Access and select Sign-in Logs:
- Select a Sign-in activity record.
- Switch to the Conditional Access tab:
- Locate the Require multifactor authentication for all users policy and click it for details.
- Make sure that the policy matches with all users and application connections except for the Cayosoft Administrator connection account used to connect to Microsoft 365:
