NOTE: This will not affect any Cayosoft Suspend Policy Files that were previously created.
Perform the following steps to reset the Cayosoft Configuration
- Open Windows File Explorer on the system running Cayosoft Suspend.
- Navigate to C:\Users\<USER NAME>\AppData\Local\SupsendTool\ConfigData.xml
Replace <USER NAME> with the name of account for which the configuration is to be set.
- Rename the file named ConfigData.XML to ConfigData.OLD
- Close the Windows File Explorer Window.
