KB20180405-1 Rule in a runbook fails with error Directory object not found

Symptom: Rules that update a user object in a runbook mail fail with the error Directory object not found.

Description: The AD Users | DynamicAttribute Relocate Users rule when run before other rules in Runbook may initiate the object move that can take some time for the domain controller to process. If subsequent rules are executed quickly after the relocation is initiated, a race condition may occur and causeing the subsequent rule to attempt to update the object with the pre-move DN of the objbect; causing the error.

Resolution: Move the execution of the AD Users | DynamicAttribute Relocate Users rule below the other rules in the runbook.
