How to configure one rule to run after another rule or a web action

Summary: There are situations when it is necessary to perform some additional actions when one action completed. To finish users' accounts provision, for example. In this case, Cayosoft Administrator allows running one rule after another rule or a web action. 

This article describes how to configure one rule to run after another rule.

Rule configuration

Suppose that you have Rule 1, Action 1 and Rule 2. And you need to run Rule 2 just after Rule 1 or Action 1 is completed.

1. Open Rule 1 or Action 1

2. Switch to Design mode, see KB20180730-1

3. Click Action tab

4. Expand Rules to run after this rule section

5. Click Add and select Rule 2

6. Click OK on Select Rule form

7. Click Save changes

After this configuration Rule 2 will run just after Rule 1 or Action 1 is completed.
