Rule description
This rule creates an Office 365 License Quota Report for chargeback reporting, determining which Administrative Unit is over quota, licensing costs per Administrative Units and other quota consumption details.
By default, recipients of this report will see only the Admin Units for which they are designated in License Quota Notification Contact setting, specified on each Administrative Unit.
