Overview

My AD Users (Expiring) web query displays the Active Directory user accounts that will expire within the specified number of days. My AD Users (Expiring) web query is included in the built-in Self-Service container.

Important: 1. To get the proper results always run this web query in the Web Portal. Don't use the Preview button in the web query settings. SelfService web queries can't get the authentication token of the currently logged-in user in the Administrator Console.
2. Starting from the 11.2.0 version copying of Self-Serfice web queries is supported.

Settings specific to My AD Users (Expiring) web query

Note: To update the membership of the users that are in the My AD Users web query scope you should specify Additional scopes for object selection.

Setting name	Description
Limit scope to this Domain or OU	Starting from the 8.4.0 version the default value for this setting is Global Search in all domains. This value should not be changed for users from different managed domains in different forests can see the groups they managed.
Expires in less than (days)	Specify the number of days until user accounts expire.
Show expired accounts	Set to No, if you want the My AD Users (Expiring) web query to display expired user accounts. The default value is Yes.
Other Query Settings
Automatically load web query results	Specify if the web query search results should be loaded on navigation without clicking Search.
