MFA Settings web action

Overview

Use this action in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal to set or modify multi-factor authentication for Active Directory users if they have the matching accounts in Office 365 (hybrid user accounts).

Note 1: This rule covers the legacy Microsoft MFA mechanism. The recommendation is to use the newer Conditional Access Policies or Security Defaults instead of legacy MFA. This rule will be redesigned in the future to take advantage of the newer mechanisms.
Note 2: Starting from version 7.3.0, this web action also supports mapping between Active Directory user account and Cloud user account by anchor attributes. For details, please see How to map Active Directory users to Office 365 cloud users article.
