Mailbox web action

Overview

Use this action to view and modify mailbox properties of Active Directory user account in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal.

Note: Starting from version 7.3.0, this web action also supports mapping between Active Directory user account and Cloud user account by anchor attributes. For details, please see How to map Active Directory users to Office 365 cloud users article.

Action section

Setting name	Description
Limit scope to this Domain or OU	This setting is deprecated.
Set mail attribute according to primary SMTP address	Specify whether to set user mail attribute according to primary SMTP address or not. The default value is Yes.
Set targetAddress attribute according to primary SMTP address	Specify whether to set user targetAddress attribute according to primary SMTP address. The default value is No.
More Options
Override Active Directory domains Show Ticket input field Show Comment input field	For the information of these settings, please refer to the More Options description in New User web action.
Other Attributes
Other Attribute 1 - Other Attribute 20	If you use Active Directory extension attributes to store additional information for user accounts, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes. To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute Policies.
