Overview
Use this action to check the user's answer to the question shared with the Helpdesk. The user provides this answer during Self-Service enrollment.
To make this action available in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal, navigate to Web Portal, click Web Actions > Common > Self-Service - Password Self-Service Enrollment Details rule and set Enable question shared with Help Desk to Yes.
