This setting is applied if the Office 365 license with Exchange Online option must be assigned to a user.

Set the period of time for Cayosoft Administrator to wait for Office 365 to provision user mailbox in Exchange Online.

Cayosoft Administrator checks the mailbox provisioning status every 10 seconds for the period specified in this setting. If the mailbox was provisioned successfully, then Cayosoft Administrator sets attributes on the mailbox, like CustomAttribute1 through CustomAttribute15.

License options

Specify the way how the Office 365 licenses will be assigned to an Office 365 user:

1. User selects license during creation - the Office 365 licenses are selected in Cayosoft Web Portal during user creation
2. Apply license options specified below - check Office 365 license options that should be assigned to the new users. After that, when a new Office 365 user is created, License Options control won't be displayed on New User form and the selected Office 365 options will be assigned to this user. Also instead of this option, you could use Attribute policies.
3. Do not assigned license during creation - new users will be created without Office 365 licenses.

Virtual Attributes allow extending the attribute list for Office 365 users.

Select the virtual attributes from the list and map them to Virtual Attribute 1 - Virtual Attribute 25.

You can change the assignment delay.

Authentication policy selection

Specify if always assign the default policy or show selection during creation.

Custom Generation Tokens

Custom generation tokens allow using the values of the attributes of the user who is running the action (initiator) in the Attribute Policies that are applied to the creation of Active Directory and Office 365 objects.  Custom generation tokens should be set in corresponding Web Action configuration form.

Example: 

{@{'InitiatorDepartment'=GetInitiatorProperty('department')}}

After that InitiatorDepartment token can be used in Attribute Policy that is applied to this Web Action.
