New Team Web Action

Default group owner

Specify the group owner:

1. User created the group
2. Service account - Microsoft 365 connection account

By default, the user who created the group is set as a group owner.

Add default owner

Specify when to add the default group owner:

1. Always
2. Only if not specified by the user created the group

The default value is Only if not specified.

Require Teams license for all group owners

Specify whether to require a Team license for all group owners.

The default value is Yes.

Show custom attributes for existing group

Specify whether to show custom attributes for a new Team created from the existing group.

Primary SMTP generation rule

By default, the Cayosoft Administrator service sets the Primary SMTP attribute equal to Name.

It is also possible to set Primary SMTP manually during Team creation or use attribute policy for generation.

Default SMTP suffix

Specify the default SMTP suffix. The default value is taken from the Microsoft 365 name suffix setting in Microsoft 365 extension settings.

Require additional owners

Specify if additional owners should be required.

Cloud back-end services replication delay (seconds)

The default value is 15 seconds.

Show Ticket input field

Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not.

By default, the ticket is not displayed.

Show Comment input field

Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not.

By default, the comment is displayed. 

Other Attributes

Other Attribute 1 - Other Attribute 15

If you use Microsoft 365 extension attributes to store additional information for group accounts, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes.

To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute Policies.

Virtual Attributes

Virtual Attribute 1 - Virtual Attribute 25

Virtual Attributes allow extending the attribute list for Teams.

Select the virtual attributes from the list and map them to Virtual Attribute 1 - Virtual Attribute 25.

Custom Generation Tokens

Custom generation tokens allow the use of the values of the attributes of the user who is running the action (initiator) in the Attribute Policies that are applied to the creation of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 objects.  Custom generation tokens should be set in the corresponding Web Action configuration form.

Example: 

{@{'InitiatorDepartment'=GetInitiatorProperty('department')}}

After that InitiatorDepartment token can be used in the Attribute Policy that is applied to this Web Action.

Require additional owner setting has been added.

Maintain owners as members setting is removed.

Custom Generation Tokens and Maintain owners as members settings are added.
