This rule queries Exchange on-premise mailboxes that satisfied specific criteria and lists their item counts, sizes and quotas details.
When to use this rule
Use this rule to control the size of exchange on-premises mailboxes within your organization.
Query criteria are sent to the target platform with other query parameters to reduce the number of returned objects and may improve query performance.

Show only mailboxes over Warning quota
Specify whether to show only mailboxes that are over quotas.

Properties to display
To display additional properties for each object found by the query, add those properties to the list.
To hide unwanted data based on criteria, not supported by the target system in the query criteria, set the filtering conditions here.
Example: filter by the found object Distinguished Name.
Tip: For optimal performance, use Query criteria above to filter objects whenever possible.
Sort result object list.
Specify sorting order: ascending or descending.
Limit result set
The maximum number of mailboxes returned from the exchange on-premise. The default value is taken from Maximum returned results setting on HOME > CONFIGURATION > Microsoft Exchange settings.
