Overview
To resolve the issue for versions 6.1.0 and 6.1.1, you need to replace the schema cache file that is attached to this article with a new one that can be downloaded at the bottom of this article. Version 6.0.0 and below are not affected. Version 6.2.0 includes a permanent fix to prevent Service outage caused by such breaking changes in MS Graph schema.
Follow the procedure described below to fix this issue in 6.1.0 and 6.1.1.
Problem
The issue occurs if these conditions are met:
1. Cayosoft Administrator v.6.1.0 or 6.1.1
2. Microsoft Office 365 extension is enabled in Cayosoft Administrator
Impact
Critical: Cayosoft Administration service will not connect to Microsoft Office 365.
Workaround

Stop the Cayosoft Administration Service.

If the Admin Service configured to run under a specific Active Directory service account, log in with this account to the server and open %localappdata%\Cayosoft\cGraph folder.
- If the Admin Service configured to run under the Local System account, open %windir%\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Cayosoft\cGraph folder.

Replace the cache file in the folder with the new one provided by the Cayosoft support team.
Note: The cache file is attached at the bottom of this article. -
If there is no cGraph folder on your server, please create it manually and copy the cache file there.

Start Cayosoft Administration Service.
Resolution
1. Upgrade to Cayosoft Administrator 6.2.0 or later required.
