Rule description
This rule queries the matching Office 365 user accounts and applies Office 365 OneDrive settings defined in the Action section of this rule.
When to use this rule
Use this rule when you need to apply OneDrive settings to newly created Office 365 user accounts.

Limit query for Office 365
|
The maximum number of users returned from Office 365 by default is 2000. Tip: It is possible to change the default value in the Microsoft Office 365 extension settings.

Initialization Script |
|
Script | Usually, rules use query criteria to limit the query search scope. It improves the performance of the executed rule.
Due to PowerShell limitations, it is not possible to use calculated expressions in query criteria. That is the point where the initialization script can help. You can initialize a global variable in this setting and then use it in query criteria. Example: Update AD users, created in the last ten days.

Withing a specified timeframe the rule would periodically check whether the Microsoft Platform completed enablement of OneDrive service for the user after a corresponding Office 365 license was assigned. If service was not enabled within the defined period, a timeout error is reported to the client. |
Create Personal Site

Set to Yes to create a personal site for a user. Note: All other settings make sense only if this setting is set to Yes.

Storage quota in GB |
Specify storage quota per user in GB. By default, it is 1024 GB. |
External Sharing |
|
Let people outside the organization to access your site |
Specify if people outside the organization can access the user's site. |

If people outside the organization can access the user's site then you should specify the access type for the user site:

Secondary Site Collections Admins
|

Add Secondary Site Collection Admins
|
Set to Yes to add secondary site collection admins. Site Collection Admins manage users content and users activity.

It is possible to specify one or more administrator accounts - for this specify UserPrincipalName(s), separated by ";". |
