Rule description
This rule queries the matching Office 365 user accounts and applies Office 365 Skype settings defined in the Action section of this rule.
When to use this rule
Use this rule when you need to apply Skype settings to newly created Office 365 user accounts.

Allow to record audio meetings, audio and video meetings, or don't allow them to schedule any meetings (none). |

For a third-party ACP, these phone numbers are the ones you received from the audio conferencing provider. If the user is using Microsoft as the audio conferencing provider, these will be numbers that are set on the audio conferencing bridge. The number must contain 3 to 15 digits. |
Toll-free number

For a third-party ACP, these phone numbers are the ones you received from the audio conferencing provider. If the user is using Microsoft as the audio conferencing provider, these will be numbers that are set on the audio conferencing bridge. Format the numbers as you want them to appear in Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams meeting requests. |
Conference ID |
The participant PIN, or conference code, used to join meetings that are scheduled by this user and are provided from a third-party audio conferencing provider. If the user is using Microsoft as the audio conferencing provider, this won't be required. The conference ID must contain 6 to 16 digits. |
Allow authenticated callers to be first people in a meeting |
Set Yes to allow unauthenticated callers to be the first people in a meeting. If not, then they will wait until an authenticated user joins. Note: It works only with Microsoft provider.

Reset Pin and notify by email |
Set to Yes to reset pin and notify a user by email. Note: It works only with Microsoft provider.
