Rule description
This rule counts the number of assigned licenses per web query in all Administrative Units, where the Office 365 License Quota section is configured. You can see the summary information across all Administrative Units in Administrator Console, Home > Office 365 License Quotas.
When to use this rule
Typically you do not need to create an instance of this rule. It is automatically created during installation under the Home > Rules > WebAdmin Rules (Pre-configured) folder.
Use this rule when you need:

To get information about assigned Office 365 licenses and quotas. For more information about quotas configuration, please see Office 365 License Quotas article.
Note 1: To get the actual information about assigned licenses you should configure Enforce\Schedule section. -
To get the report with the list of quota collection errors. For example, Office 365 licenses can be applied to users that are remote linked mailboxes. Cayosoft Admin Service goes through master accounts to identify the UPNs to use to match to the cloud account. For some of remote linked mailboxes, master accounts may be deleted or not found. Such user accounts are so-called "failed" users. In this case, the rule will execute with the error. You can get the list of "failed" user accounts in the report.
Note 2: To get the report with the list of quota collection errors you should configure Output section.
