In some cases, it may be necessary to use detailed support logging to determine what actions were taken by the Cayosoft Administration Service. The Cayosoft Administrator Service provides the option of enabling detailed logging that will create a text-based log file that can be reviewed for additional information.
To find the item in the Cayosoft Administrator Console please navigate to Home > Configuration > Support > Service Logging.
Service logging settings
|Select log level Default or Extended.
|Click Enable Logging if you need to record a detailed support log.
Open Folder Location
Click Open Folder Location to get the recorded log files.
Clear previous logs when enabling
Check Clear previous logs to clear all previously recorded logs when Service logging is enabled.
Specify the email address to send the recorded logs. Optionally you can specify the case number and comments.
You can clear recorded logs.
The ability to send recorded logs has been added.
Change History settings are introduced as a separate item in the Administrator Console tree.
