Rule description
This rule queries and displays Microsoft Office 365 user accounts who are not fully using their assigned Office 365 licenses.
Note: Office 365 Auditing must be enabled to use this rule. The analytics collection runbook must be scheduled and run before this report will present data. The Analytics collection runbook retrieves data required by this report from Active Directory and Office 365.
When to use this rule
Use this rule when you need to get information about the users who are not fully using their assigned Office 365 licenses.

Query Section
Setting name | Description |

State |
Select user account state: enabled, disabled or both. |
Minimum account age |
Specify the minimum account age for the Office 365 user accounts. |
Manager (UPN or DisplayName) Department Office |
Specify the value of corresponding attributes to set the query filter. |
Days since last service usage |
Specify the number of days since last service usage. |
Number of inactive services per user |
Specify the number of inactive Office 365 services per user. |

Maximum returned results |
By default, all objects that you have in Microsoft Office 365 are returned. Tip: It is possible to change the default value in Microsoft Office 365 extension settings.
