Overview
Use this action to create a new Office 365 shared mailbox in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal.

Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not. By default, the ticket is not displayed. |
Show Comment input field |
Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not. By default, the comment is displayed. |
Other Attributes |

If you use Office 365 extension attributes to store additional information for group accounts, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes. To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute Policies. |

Custom generation tokens allow using the values of the attributes of the user who is running the action (initiator) in the Attribute Policies that are applied to the creation of Active Directory and Office 365 objects. Custom generation tokens should be set in corresponding Web Action configuration form. Example: {@{'InitiatorDepartment'=GetInitiatorProperty('department')}} After that InitiatorDepartment token can be used in Attribute Policy that is applied to this Web Action.
