Office 365 connection account should hold the Azure AD Global Admin Role in each connected Office 365 / Azure AD tenant. Connection account must be a cloud-only account, i.e. not synchronized with on-premises Active Directory. To use notification channels you must apply Office 365 license to Office 365 connection account with assigned Microsoft Teams and Exchange online options. |
