Office 365 Shared Mailboxes with Licenses rule

Rule description

This rule will query Office 365 for Shared Mailboxes that are currently assigned a license.

 

When to use this rule

Use this rule when you need to get the list of Office 365 for Shared Mailboxes that are currently assigned a license.  Most Shared Mailboxes do not require a license unless the assignment of a license is required for additional services applied to the Shared Mailbox.

 

Rule Settings

Query Section

Setting name	Description
Properties to display	To display additional properties for each object found by the query, add those properties to the list.
Sort by	Sort result objects list.
Maximum returned results	By default, all objects that you have in Microsoft Office 365 are returned. Tip: It is possible to change the default value in Microsoft Office 365 extension settings.
