OneDrive Properties web action

Overview

Use this action in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal to view and modify the OneDrive properties of an Active Directory user that has a matching Office 365 account and Sharepoint Online license.

Cayosoft Administrator adds MS 365 connection account to the list of secondary site collection admins when the form is opened. Otherwise, Cayosoft Administrator cannot read and display the list of admins here.

Note: Before using this rule in the Administrator Console please navigate to Home > Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Microsoft Office 365 and set Connect to SharePoint Online service to Yes.

Setting name

 Description

Maintain OneDrive site ownership

Specify if:

  1. Preserve Office 365 connection account as OneDriver owner. 
  2. Remove Office 365 connection account from OneDrive owner after collection.
