This rule will automatically archive then clean up execution history details older than the specified time.
This is a built-in rule located in Console > Home > RULES > Built-in Rules (Pre-configured) and it is scheduled by default to run once a day.
When to use this rule
Use this rule to clean up the Execution History database. You can specify the period of time for which the records should be cleaned up and whether you want to export these records before clean up.
