Overview
When you configure Cayosoft Administrator and enable only Active Directory extension, you won't be able to open the New User wizard in Cayosoft Web Portal. Please contact Cayosoft support via Support@cayosoft.com to get the hotfix that will resolve this issue.
Problem
The issue occurs if these conditions are met:
- Active Directory extension is the only enabled extension.
Impact
In Web Portal, the New User wizard can't be opened.
