Overview

When creating or modifying objects in Web Portal you may encounter the following error: The selection dialog box you attempted to open was not enabled by your administrator. 

This error means that there is an Object picker that is disabled in your delegated administrator role.

 

Resolution

1. In Admin Console navigate to Home > Configuration > Roles.
2. Find your delegation administrator role.
3. Open Object Pickers section.
4. Check object pickers are enabled.
