Rule description
This rule will query MS 365 Licensed Users and return those users that meet the specified criteria and license plan(s).
When to use this rule
Use this rule when you need to get information about the state of the specified MS 365 services assigned to the users.
Rule Settings
Query Section
Setting name | Description |

State |
Select user account state: enabled, disabled, or both. |
Minimum account age |
Specify the minimum account age for the MS 365 user accounts. |
Days since last service usage |
Specify the number of days since the last service usage. If parameter set to 0 all service usage will be ignored. |
Manager (UPN or DisplayName) Department Office |
Specify the value of corresponding attributes to set the query filter. |
Current license |
Select the licenses in which you need to check the MS 365 service use. |

Maximum returned results |
