How to troubleshoot issues with jobs
This article describes some common issues and solutions related to jobs in Cayosoft Guardian. If you see a message with a link to this article, collect logs, execution history records, and contact Cayosoft Support.
Job execution takes too long
In specific cases, job execution takes too long. There might be various reasons for such behavior. To review errors in the execution history records related to a specific job:
- In Cayosoft GuardianWeb Portal, expand Configuration node.
- Open Jobs.
- Select a job and press Properties.
- On the job's properties tab switch to the Execution History tab.
- Find an execution history record, select and press Properties.
- Observe execution details on the Execution and the Errors and warnings tab.
- Use the Export button to export the currently selected view to a file.
