How to troubleshoot issues with the database upgrade
During the database upgrade, some commands might fail. To troubleshoot this issue, export failed commands and send them to Cayosoft Support.
- Open Cayosoft GuardianWeb Portal.
- Go to the Service Settings page under Settings.
- Double-click on Guardian Database Settings.
- On the Initialization History tab, find the latest record with Warning or Error in the Result column.
- Double-click the record.
- Click on the Commands tab.
- Press Export and select Export to JSON.
- Click on the Download button on the green banner.
- If you have multiple records with Warning or Error in the Result column on the Initialization History tab, repeat steps 5-8 for each record.
- Send the exported file to Cayosoft Support.
