How to troubleshoot issues with the database upgrade
During the database upgrade, some commands might fail. To troubleshoot this issue, export failed commands and send them to Cayosoft Support.
Open Cayosoft GuardianWeb Portal.
Go to the Service Settings page under Settings.
Double-click on Guardian Database Settings.
On the Initialization History tab, find the latest record with Warning or Error in the Result column.
Double-click the record.
Click on the Commands tab.
Press Export and select Export to JSON.
Click on the Download button on the green banner.
If you have multiple records with Warning or Error in the Result column on the Initialization History tab, repeat steps 5-8 for each record.
Send the exported file to Cayosoft Support.
