Icons for Active Directory groups
Overview
Cayosoft Administrator introduces icons to the Active Directory groups in the Web Portal to help visually distinguish different types of Active Directory groups. This article covers supported types of groups and lists steps to enable or disable the icons in your Cayosoft Administrator environment.

Manage visibility of icons
Cayosoft Administrator features two controls to manage visibility of group type icons:
Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Active Directory > Customize columns (Web Portal) > Web query grid columns > Default columns for AD Groups query

Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Active Directory > Customize columns (Web Portal) > Web action grid columns > Default columns for AD Users 'Member of' query

Visibility of group icons is managed by the ObjIcon property. When you add the ObjIcon property to the list of columns in the view, group icons become visible. Refer to the example to make the group type icons visible in the supported web queries:
Navigate to Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Active Directory.
Navigate to Customize columns (Web Portal) > Web query grid columns > Default columns for AD Groups query. Click ... to proceed.
Review the list of displayed properties. If the ObjIcon property is missing, click Add.
In the searchbar, type
ObjIcon. Select the checkbox and click OK to add the property.If needed, manage the property placement by highlighting a property and clicking
^or⌄. Click OK to save changes.Click Save changes in the extension setting view.
To hide group icons, unselect the checkbox.
