Added settings to the Properties (AD User) Web Action under More Options to automate primary SMTP address and targetAddress management based on the mail attribute. This enhancement eliminates the need for workarounds by allowing configuration directly within Cayosoft Administrator, simplifying email address management for AD users.

The Text File | DynamicAttributes™ Update AD Users Properties rule has been enhanced to support delta changes by introducing a new "Update Method" setting. This allows administrators to choose from three options: Always Update, Only Update Empty Values, and Only Update on Value Difference (default). The behavior applies to all non-skipped fields, ensuring updates occur only when necessary.

Additionally, the Execution History will now include only users that were actually updated, streamlining the reporting process. Each processed object will be listed per row, and the output structure has been rearranged for improved clarity. Note that spaces will be trimmed before comparison to optimize attribute updates.

The Credentials and Server settings were updated for the Text file | Create AD Groups rule. Previously set to get default from extension, the rule now dynamically discovers the Domain Controller (DC) and credentials based on the Organizational Unit (OU) where the group is created.

The following error occurred when attempting to cancel an event scheduled for a remote equipment mailbox: Target system reported an asynchronous operation. Pipeline would be terminated now.

The following error occurs when attempting to modify the membership of a cloud-only restricted group through the Web Portal while logged in as an on-premises, non-hybrid AD user:

Resource does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

When using the Set up New User (AD) web action with a dynamic attribute file containing multiple Organizational Units (OUs) and various attributes (e.g., extensionAttribute1, msDS-cloudExtensionAttribute1, otherHomePhone, department), an error occurred when the selected OU had an empty multi-value attribute (e.g., otherHomePhone).

The AD Users with Microsoft 365 Licenses rule completes with the following error when the service name contains a comma:

"The property cannot be processed because the property "<Property name>" already exists."

The Text file | Update AD Users rule completes with the following error:

"Cannot process command because of one or more missing mandatory parameters: InputObject".

When using the AD Users | Set Attribute Value rule to update telephoneNumber with expressions like:

• { "tel:$($FoundObject.telephoneNumber)" }
• $("tel:"+$FoundObject.telephoneNumber)

The expected format tel + existing value was not applied. This issue is now fixed, and the telephoneNumber attribute will correctly retain the tel + existing value format.

Added support for long Oracle connection strings.

A new setting, Override connection string (Connect Descriptor), has been added under Home > Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Utils. This allows users to specify custom Oracle connection strings in formats like:

(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(host=host_name)(protocol=protocol_name)(port=port_number))
(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=service_name)))

When populated, this setting overrides the hostname, port, and service name, although these values must still be provided as the rules require them.

AD Users | Set Attributes Value rule has been updated with new sections and settings to give more options for automatic user updates.

The Custom Properties web action has been added.

It allows viewing and modifying assigned custom and virtual attributes for Active Directory objects. These attributes can be single-valued or multi-valued (only string multi-value virtual attributes are supported). You can assign them in the Other Attributes and Virtual Attributes sections of the Custom Properties web action settings.

Custom Properties web action can be enabled/disabled depending on the values in the multi-valued attribute.

My Computers web query has been added to the built-in Self-Service container.

My Computers web query displays the Active Directory computers that are managed by the user logged in to the Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal. It uses the managedBy attribute to identify the user manager by default. 

Advanced Process Management (aka Session Management) has been reworked and modernized. Introduced a new concept of 'Processes' instead of sessions, and added settings for advanced management:

• Host processes limit - The Cayosoft Administration Service runs multiple host processes for rule execution, limited by the server’s RAM and managed systems' connection limits. 
• Process recycling - The Service periodically recycles idle host processes to refresh connections and optimize resource usage, ensuring efficient performance.
• Process termination - The Service monitors and terminates processes that are stalled or consuming excessive resources to maintain availability. Regular recycling of idle processes ensures optimal performance and fresh connections.

Group Mail Properties and Mailbox web actions have been improved. When adding SendAs permissions to a hybrid distribution list in the Web Portal, the same permissions will be applied to SendAs in Exchange Online.

Microsoft 365 Users with Licenses rule has been updated with a new Yes, show service plans in separate columns value in The Show service plan details setting to divide license options into different columns for better clarity.
