Summary
This article describes how to add a user to Cayosoft Guardian.
Cayosoft Guardian has 2 built-in roles: Global Administrator and Global Reader.
A user with the Global Administrator role has full access to Cayosoft Guardian.
A user with the Global Reader role has read-only access to Cayosoft Guardian. A user with this role cannot create configuration objects such as managed systems, jobs, and alerting rules. A user with this role cannot make any changes to managed systems such as rollbacks and recoveries.
How to add a user
- Open Cayosoft Guardian Web Portal
- Expand Settings node
- Select Delegation node
- In the grid press Add
- Fill out the form, select the role to be assigned and press Create
