Enrollment form
Hi again :-)
I have three thoughts about the field Mobile on the enrollment form
- Can the field be hidden?
- Can the field be prefilled with the phone number the user has entered in AD?
- Can the format be changed to support non-US phone numbers?
Best regards
Niklas

Hi, I'm interested too
We would like to change this US phone mask, too. can we knowing the solution? ;-)
the other policies are working, but not this one.
and as additional task, we have the requirement to "Create a new User" with an existing external email address. so the user can resolve the welcome mail and self-service on-boarding to an external mailbox.
is this only working after the user is created? (contacts) because, we need the field "additional email" and not the standard email. because, it could be using in the future when the user become an exchange online mailbox
Thanks

Hi Michael,
1. We reserved the alternative e-mail address and phone number fields to be used in the future for two-factor authentication. The tracking number for this enhancement request is 4343.
But in the current version, these fields are not used anywhere.
You can hide these fields from Reset my password and Unlock my account Web UI forms with Attribute Policy. For more details, please see the Attribute Policies article.2. When creating a new user in Web Portal you can add a custom attribute for an additional email to New User form: How to add custom attributes to New Object and Object Properties wizards in Web Portal – Cayosoft Help Center
You can link AD Users | Send Email Notification rule to the New User web action and send email to created users to this additional email after the users are created: How to configure one rule to run after another rule or a web action – Cayosoft Help CenterIf you provision users with automation rules, for example from a CSV file (Text File | Create AD Users rule), you can create a Runbook with these two rules: one to create users, another - to send them email notifications.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
