Can Suspend send 2 emails?

Hi

Can I get the suspend rule to send 2 emails? One to the suspended user's manager BUT also one to our helpdesk system which then will generate a helpdesk case that in turn will result in a bunch of escalations to different system administrators.

  Hi

  Just to clarify, the email to the helpdesk system needs to contain different user attributes and some specific info and subject.

  Hi Niklas, 

  So, on Suspend action you need to send two different emails. Unfortunately, we don't have such functionality now. I created an enhancement request for you, the tracking number is 4547.
