This rule searches for certification requests and approval requests that were not processed within the specified number of days and changes their state from New to Expired.
When to use this rule
If expiration time passed and the group was not certified or approval request was not processed, this rule will change the state of the corresponding work item from New to Expired. This rule also performs remediation actions that are configured in the certification rules.
You typically do not need to create an instance of this rule, as it is automatically created during installation.
