Properties web action (Microsoft 365 user)

Overview

View and modify Microsoft 365 user properties in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal.

Show sponsors	Set up the Sponsors tab visibility: Don't show—the Properties web action includes no Sponsors tab. Show only for Users—the Properties web action in the Users web query includes the Sponsors tab. Show only for Guests—the Properties web action in the Guest Users web query includes the Sponsors tab. Show for Users and Guests—the Properties web action in both web queries includes the Sponsors tab.
Show Ticket input field	Controls the Ticket# field visibility. The field is not visible by default.
Show Comment input field	Controls the Comment field visibility. The field is visible by default.
Other attributes 1−6	Select an extension attribute and map it to the Other attribute value. Refer to the following article to learn more about setting labels and default values for the attributes: Attribute policies .
Virtual attributes 1−25	Select a virtual attribute and map it to the Virtual attribute value to extend the attribute list in Microsoft 365. Refer to the following article to learn more about virtual attributes: Virtual Attributes.
Photo options
Photo size (pixels)	Specify the square user photo size in pixels. The minimum possible size is 96 pixels. NOTE: Photos are always square as per Microsoft best practices.
