Overview
Use this action in the Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal to view or modify Microsoft 365 user mailbox properties.

Set UPN to the primary email address |
Specify if the value of the UPN attribute should be the same as the value of the primary email address. |

Allow external address forwarding |
If set to false, will hide the option to set an arbitrary address (ForwardingSmtpAddress) in the Mailbox web action in the Web Portal except if it is already set. If an external forwarding is already set (ForwardingSmtpAddress) the field will not be hidden. |

Show Ticket input field
|
Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not. By default, the ticket is not displayed. |

Show Comment input field |
Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not. By default, the comment is displayed. |
