Clone user web action
Overview
Use this action to clone an Active Directory user account in the Web Portal. When you clone an existing user account, you should only specify the naming properties for the new user account. All other properties are copied from the source user account, including group membership and parent OU. If the source user has a home folder, the new user will also have a home folder in the same directory with a corresponding name.

Additional attributes |
Specify additional attributes to copy from the source user. Note: By default, only those attributes are copied during Clone operation that has a copy flag in the Active Directory schema. Run Copy cloud group membership task |
Set to Yes to copy the source account membership in cloud groups when a delegated administrator sets the Copy User Group Membership checkbox on the Clone User settings. |
| Allow Exchange database selection | Set the setting to Yes to select a custom Exchange database when you run the web action. The setting applies exclusively to Microsoft Exchange Server (Exchange On-Premises). |
