Office 365 License web action (Office 365)
Overview
Use this action to assign or revoke Microsoft 365 licenses for Microsoft 365 user accounts in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal.

License message on show violations |
Specify the message that will be displayed when a user is allowed to assign initial license only, initial license already assigned but a user tries to change the Microsoft 365 licenses. |
License update order |
Select a method to assign selected license plans and options:
IMPORTANT: In most cases, the Revoke Previous then Assign New option should be used. Please contact Cayosoft support before changing the default value. |
Enable service plans in non-core licenses (Advanced) |
This option affects the License optimization Advisor. When set to Yes, applying the recommended license will enable any previously disabled service plans in non-core licenses. |

Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not. By default, the ticket is not displayed. |
Show Comment input field |
Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not. By default, the comment is displayed. |
