The Approval Dashboard in Cayosoft Administrator provides a centralized interface for managing self-service requests. It allows administrators and approvers to review, approve, or deny requests efficiently. Follow the steps below to use this feature effectively.

Overview of the Approval Dashboard

The Approval Dashboard is used for:

• Viewing pending self-service requests.
• Approving or denying user requests.
• Tracking approval statuses for audit purposes.

Common self-service requests requiring approval include password resets, group membership updates, and access requests.

Accessing the Approval Dashboard

1. Login to the Cayosoft Web Portal: Use administrator or approver credentials.
2. Navigate to the Approval Dashboard: Locate the Approval Dashboard option in the portal's navigation menu. Ensure your account has the required permissions.

Using the Approval Dashboard

1. View Pending Requests:
   • Details such as requester name, request type, submission time, and reason are displayed.
   • Click a request to view its full details.
2. Approve or Deny Requests:
   • Use the Approve or Deny buttons to take action.
