Overview

Create a new external Microsoft 365 guest account in Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal.

Setting name	Description

Show sponsors	Select Yes to assign sponsors to new users during the user creation. You can assign up to five sponsors represented by a user, guest, or group to a new user.
Show Ticket input field	Controls the Ticket# field visibility. The field is not visible by default.
Show Comment input field	Controls the Comment field visibility. The field is visible by default.

UserPrincipalName prefix generation rule	For additional information on the setting, refer to the User Name Generation rules section of the following article: Microsoft 365 extension settings.
Wizard defaults
Default country/region	Select a default country/region from the list to assign to your user. The setting affects both the Country or region and Usage location values of the user.
Virtual attributes 1−25	Select a virtual attribute and map it to the Virtual attribute value to extend the attribute list in Microsoft 365. Refer to the following article to learn more about virtual attributes: Virtual Attributes.
