Signing in to Cayosoft Guardian

The starting screen of the Cayosoft Guardian web portal is the Sign In page. It serves as a gateway to viewing and modifying the data in the portal.

To sign in to the Cayosoft Guardian web portal:

1. In the Username field, use the SAM account name from the domain where Cayosoft Guardian is hosted.

   • Username: exampledomain.com\admin

   • Password: <user’s password>

2. Click Sign in.
   Or,

3. Click Sign in with Office 365 to sign in with your Microsoft account.

4. You will be prompted to authenticate and authorize the account.

   

5. Upon logging in for the first time, navigate to the Licensing section for licensing.

6. In case you enable Integrated Windows Authentication in Authentication Settings, you will see the following screen where you can authenticate existing Windows credentials, allowing single sign-on within the enterprise network.
