Configuration: Enable job notifications about failed and successful execution results

This article describes how to configure notifications for specific jobs. Cayosoft Guardian offers pre-defined notifications for various execution results. For example, you can configure a backup plan to send you notifications for each failed or successful execution. A communication channel must be configured before enabling notifications. Configure notifications

1. Open the Cayosoft Guardian web portal.
2. Navigate to Configuration>Jobs.
3. Find a job and select it.
4. Click Properties.
5. Open the Notification tab.
6. Select a predefined event type such as Job execution failed.
7. Uncheck the Disabled checkbox.
8. Navigate to Notification channels.
9. Select an existing channel or add a new communication channel.
10. Configure communication channel.
