Specify the group owner:

• User created the group

• Service account specified in the Microsoft 365 extension settings.

By default, the user who created the group is set as a group owner.

Specify when to add the default group owner:

• Always

• Only if not specified by the user created the group

The default value is Only if not specified.

By default, the Cayosoft Administrator Service sets Alias and Primary SMTP attributes equal to DisplayName.

It is also possible to set Alias and Primary SMTP manually during Microsoft 365 group creation.

The default UPN suffix is defined in the Microsoft 365 User name suffix setting in the Microsoft 365 extension settings.

If the group name prefix is specified, you could enforce the Group name prefix to the group alias or to all group naming attributes.

Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not.

By default, the ticket is not displayed.

Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not.

By default, the comment is displayed. 

If you use Microsoft 365 extension attributes to store additional information for group accounts, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes.

To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute policies .

Virtual Attributes allow extending the attribute list for Microsoft 365 groups.

Select the virtual attributes from the list and map them to Virtual Attribute 1 - Virtual Attribute 25.
