Exchange Mailboxes, Sizes and Quotas

Rule description

This rule queries Exchange on-premise mailboxes that satisfied specific criteria and lists their item counts, sizes and quotas details.

Use this rule to control the size of exchange on-premises mailboxes within your organization.

Setting name	Description
Query criteria	Query criteria are sent with the query and may improve query performance. TIP: For additional information on the criteria builder, see the How to use Query Builder dialog for Query Criteria and Filter rule settings.
Show only mailboxes over Warning quota Show only mailboxes over Send or Send\Recieve quota	Specify whether to show only mailboxes that are over quotas.

Properties to display	Each object property defined in this setting matches the column that will be displayed in the Web Portal for this web query. To display additional columns, add the required properties to the Properties to display list.
Post-query filter	To hide unwanted data based on criteria, not supported by the Microsoft 365 query criteria above, set the filtering conditions here. TIP: For optimal performance, use the Query criteria above to filter objects whenever possible.
Sort by	Sort result object list.
Order	Specify sorting order: ascending or descending.
Limit result set	The maximum number of mailboxes returned from the exchange on-premise. The default value is taken from Maximum returned results setting under CONFIGURATION > Microsoft Exchange extension settings.
