Mailbox web action (Microsoft 365)

Overview

Use this action in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal to view or modify Microsoft 365 user mailbox properties.

Setting name	Description
Set UPN to the primary email address	Specify if the UPN attribute value should be equal to the value of the primary email address.
Allow external address forwarding	Set to Yes to enable the external forwarding email (`ForwardingSmtpAddress`) option in the Mailbox web action in the Web Portal. IMPORTANT: If an object has a `ForwardingSmtpAddress` value assigned, switching the setting to No won't hide the option.
More Options
Show Ticket input field	Controls the Ticket# field visibility. The field is not visible by default.
Show Comment input field	Controls the Comment field visibility. The field is visible by default.
Allow adding members as delegates	Select Yes to allow adding group members as Full Access delegates.
