Mailbox web action (Microsoft 365)
Overview
Use this action in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal to view or modify Microsoft 365 user mailbox properties.

When you use the Mailbox web action, Cayosoft Administrator collects the last logon timestamp of the user and shows it in Mailbox > Usage > Last Entra ID logon. Using this setting, define the accuracy of timestamps collected for the web action:
IMPORTANT: This setting only affects performance of the Mailbox web action for Microsoft 365 and hybrid users. |

| Set UPN to the primary email address | Specify if the UPN attribute value should be equal to the value of the primary email address. |
| Allow external address forwarding |
Set to Yes to enable the external forwarding email (ForwardingSmtpAddress) option in the Mailbox web action in the Web Portal. IMPORTANT: If an object has a ForwardingSmtpAddress value assigned, switching the setting to No won't hide the option. |
