New User web action in Microsoft 365 extension
Overview
Create a new Microsoft 365 user account in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal.

| Timeout (minutes) | Applies when you assign a Microsoft 365 license with the Exchange Online option to a user. Set the period of time for Cayosoft Administrator to wait for Microsoft 365 to provision a user mailbox in Exchange Online. Cayosoft Administrator checks the mailbox provisioning status every 10 seconds for the period specified in the setting. Once the mailbox is provisioned, Cayosoft Administrator sets attributes to the mailbox (e.g., CustomAttribute1 through CustomAttribute15). |

| Default authentication policy | Specify the Exchange authentication policy to be applied. |
| Assignment delay (seconds) | New users synchronize with Exchange Online upon creation. The set delay allows this process to complete without any interruptions. The default value is 180 seconds. |
