Governs the Microsoft 365 licenses assigned to new users:

• Apply license options specified below—pre-select a Microsoft 365 license option to assign to new users. When a new Microsoft 365 user is created, the window shows no License Options control; the selected Microsoft 365 license is assigned to the user. Alternatively, you can use attribute policies.

• User selects license during creation—the Microsoft 365 licenses are selected in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portalduring the user creation.

• Do not assign licenses during creation—new users are created without Microsoft 365 licenses.

Select Yes to assign sponsors to new users during the user creation. You can assign up to five sponsors represented by a user, guest, or group to a new user.

Controls the Ticket# field visibility. The field is not visible by default.

Controls the Comment field visibility. The field is visible by default.

New users synchronize with Exchange Online upon creation. The set delay allows this process to complete without any interruptions. The default value is 180 seconds.

Select the appropriate value:

• Always assign the default policy—apply the default authentication policy to all users.

• Show selection during creation—allow to choose an authentication policy during the creation process.
