New Team web action
Overview
Use this action to create a new Team in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal.

Default group owner |
Specify the group owner: User created the group Service account - the account specified in the Microsoft 365 extension settings. By default, the user who created the group is set as a group owner. |
Add default owner |
Specify when to add the default group owner:
The default value is Only if not specified. |
Require Teams license for all group owners |
Specify whether to require a Team license for all group owners. The default value is Yes. NOTE: Teams license is required to be assigned to a Microsoft 365 connection account. |
Show custom attributes for existing group |
Specify whether to show custom attributes for a new Team created from the existing group. |
Primary SMTP generation rule |
By default, the Cayosoft Administrator Service sets the Primary SMTP attribute equal to Name. It is also possible to set Primary SMTP manually during Team creation or use attribute policy for generation. |
Default SMTP suffix |
Specify the default SMTP suffix. The default value is taken from the Microsoft 365 name suffix setting in the Microsoft 365 extension settings. |

The default value is 15 seconds. |

Specify whether to display the Ticket field on the web form or not. By default, the ticket is not displayed. |

Specify whether to display the Comment field on the web form or not. By default, the comment is displayed. |

If you use Microsoft 365 extension attributes to store additional information for group accounts, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes. To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute policies . |

Virtual Attributes allow extending the attribute list for Teams. Select the virtual attributes from the list and map them to Virtual Attribute 1 - Virtual Attribute 25. For more details, please see the Virtual Attributes article. |

Custom generation tokens allow using the values of the attributes of the user who is running the action (initiator) in the Attribute policies that are applied to the creation of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 objects. Custom generation tokens should be set in corresponding Web Action configuration form. Example:
